Elif ÇEKİL

Elif Çekil is the founder of Gem+Partners Law Firm and is known for her experience and work in Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial Law, Inheritance Law, and the Law of Obligations. Her professional practice mainly focuses on labour law and employer representation. She actively serves as an expert witness in actuarial and social security matters before social security courts and other judicial bodies, and she is also a patent attorney.

Orçun Mert BALIKÇI

Attorney Ayşe Sevinçhan is one of the senior lawyers at Gem+Partners Law Firm and is recognized for her experience and work in Labour and Social Security Law, Family and Inheritance Law, Insurance Law, and Real Estate Law. Her professional practice mainly focuses on labour disputes between employees and employers; all material and moral compensation claims arising from traffic accidents, including vehicle damage–diminished value and loss of support claims; as well as divorce, custody, alimony, property regime disputes, and real estate litigation.
Osman Şeker
Attorney
Attorney Osman Şeker graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2019 and obtained his attorneyship license in 2020, after which he began his professional career. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked in the field of criminal law, providing his clients with effective, meticulous, and solution-oriented legal support during investigation and prosecution processes.
In 2024, Attorney Osman Şeker received the title of Trademark Attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. In this capacity, he expanded his practice to include professional services in trademark registration, opposition procedures, trademark disputes, and trademark portfolio management.
Attorney Osman Şeker adopts a client-oriented approach, prioritizing clients’ interests, maintaining transparent communication, and acting with strong command of current legislation. With his knowledge and experience in criminal law and trademark law, he aims to provide his clients with comprehensive and reliable legal representation.
